    Why I built this

    I built this for my own stores — then sold them before I got to use it.

    I grew a Bedzzz Express franchise to more than two dozen stores before I sold the business. I know exactly what it's like to run showrooms on tools that don't talk to each other — the Sunday-night commission spreadsheets, the "where's my delivery?" calls, the sale that slips because the software can't keep up with the conversation on the floor.

    RetailGenie is the system I built to fix all of it — the POS and CRM I wished I'd had on my own floors. I exited the stores before I ever got to run it on them.
