The retail OS built to make you more money, not just ring it up.
Tell it what you need the way you'd tell a coworker: "queen Helix, Acima financing, deliver Tuesday." The invoice writes itself, stock reserves, the truck gets booked, the payment link sends. And nobody's counting your wishes to three.
Bringing back the magic retail's been missing.
Product demonstration: typing the sentence "queen Helix Midnight, Acima financing, deliver Tuesday" creates invoice INV-2418 for Sarah Chen, a Helix Midnight Queen at $1,899, with Acima lease-to-own financing approved and delivery booked for Tue, Sep 8 · 9-12 AM.
Runs the catalogs you already sell
Mattress, furniture, and appliance: the catalogs your customers actually walk in asking for. The mattress side is the deepest, because that is the floor it was built on. Furniture is being built out now. Appliance is ready for a pilot store, and that store would be helping shape it.
All trademarks belong to their respective owners. RetailGenie is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by these brands.
The profit engine
Every minute saved, every follow-up kept, and every second sale after delivery turns into margin, without adding a single payroll hour. Four ways that happens:
Speak the order and the invoice writes itself: stock reserved, delivery booked, payment link sent. One financing application cascades through your lenders in priority order instead of a rep keying the same details into three portals, with live lender connections enabled per store as they are ready. Faster checkouts mean more customers helped each day and fewer deals lost to paperwork.
There is nothing to memorize, because the whole system runs on plain English. No week lost to a green-screen manual, no manager stuck babysitting the register. The hours you used to spend teaching software go straight back into working the floor.
The system remembers the shopper who walked out and drafts the be-back for you. It flags a sleep trial before it becomes a return. It surfaces the high-margin add-on while the order is still open. The follow-ups that used to die on a sticky note now happen on their own.
Every customer gets the delivery tracker and the branded receipt. The ones who rate the delivery well get a review request, automatically. Your salespeople get the prompts, and the routine communication runs without anyone clocking the hours.
ROI
Three honest inputs, deliberately conservative levers. Think we're overcounting? Drag any lever down, or zero it out. The math is open below.
Net new revenue per year from two levers that are live in your tenant on day one. Neither assumes a price increase.
RetailGenie across 3 stores runs $8,964 a year.
When your lenders go live, add $226,800
+5pp approvals on the 35% of sales you finance. The one-form cascade is built and ships in your tenant; live lender connections are enabled per store as they are ready, so this is not counted above.
Conservative industry benchmarks; ranges vary by store and category. The calculator does not factor labor savings (4-6 min/invoice on the NL flow) or write-down reductions from auto-transfers. Those are bonus.
If that math looks like your store, see it live: 30 minutes, on your products.

Legacy ERPs run the vertical but are ancient and expensive. Generic POS is modern but can't ring a financed delivery. Spreadsheets… we don't need to explain. RetailGenie is the only platform that's modern, AI-native, fairly priced, and built only for furniture, mattress, and appliance retail.
Showroom retail runs on patches: sticky notes, carbon copies, and spreadsheets nobody trusts. Here's what RetailGenie collapses into one place.
Sunday-night commission spreadsheets
Commissions accrue automatically on every paid invoice
A green-screen ERP that needs a consultant for every change
A modern interface a new hire learns in a day, with updates shipping every week
Per-user license fees that punish you for hiring
Priced per store, no per-seat fees, ever
Sticky-note follow-ups that get lost in a drawer
Voice-first invoicing: preferences captured in seconds, follow-ups scheduled
Carbon-paper invoices and crossed-out totals
Branded PDFs, delivery booked at checkout, payment links auto-sent
Phone-tag with the warehouse to check stock
Multi-store inventory + auto-suggested transfers in one view
"Where's the truck?" calls from anxious customers
Public delivery tracker, auto-dispatched the night before, with a real-time GPS pin
Why I built this
I grew a Bedzzz Express franchise to 28 stores before I sold the business. I know exactly what it's like to run showrooms on tools that don't talk to each other: the Sunday-night commission spreadsheets, the "where's my delivery?" calls, the sale that slips because the software can't keep up with the conversation on the floor.
RetailGenie is the system I built to fix all of it: the POS and CRM I wished I'd had on my own floors. I exited the stores before I ever got to run it on them. So the retailers who use it first get something most software companies can't offer: a platform shaped by real, multi-store operating experience, and a founder who answers the phone.

The four features retailers ask about most. 60 more are cataloged further down the page.
Stock dips below the reorder point, and a brand-scoped PO drafts itself at the warehouse with a floor transfer suggested automatically. Nothing sells out quietly.
Real-time driver GPS broadcast with freshness indicators. Customers, salespeople, and managers all see the same map.
Wake up to a 4-bullet digest tailored to your role: stockouts, biggest sales, deliveries due, and customer alerts overnight.
Real-time SMS threads with per-store numbers via your own Twilio account. Replies route to the right team automatically.

Four touchpoints where your customer meets RetailGenie and never sees the word "RetailGenie." Every one looks like your store, in your colors, with your support contact. They become a reason customers tell their friends about you.
One link by SMS + email the night before. Real-time driver pin, live ETA window, photo proof on delivery, one-tap reschedule, one-tap rate. Your logo, your colors, your support email. Customers stop calling the store for status because the page already tells them.
Customer answers 7 questions about sleep position, weight, temperature, partner movement, current complaint, pain, and budget. RetailGenie matches against your catalog and recommends the closest fits with confidence levels. The result saves to their customer record so the salesperson sees it next time they walk in.
POS receipts, emailed invoice PDFs, special-order acknowledgments, financing approvals: all rendered with your legal name, logo, brand color, tax ID, and support contact. Customers screenshot these for their records. Now those screenshots reinforce your brand.
24 hours after a customer rates the delivery 4 or 5 stars, RetailGenie sends a branded email with a one-tap link to leave a Google review for your store. Ratings below four are never asked for a review. They land on your delivery dashboard instead, where your manager sees them.
Every customer-facing surface is white-label by default. Switch on real-money flows (driver tips, financing) when you're ready. The rails are already built.
Free, guided onboarding
Legacy furniture systems bill five figures and disappear for months to “implement.” RetailGenie hands you a guided setup wizard and migrates your old catalog with AI, so you get live yourself for free, with no required consultant. If you would rather we did the work, guided and done-for-you setup are there too. Guided, never gatekept.

Import productsTwelve clear steps: store, sales tax, delivery fees, team, catalog, reorder rules, integrations. Skip anything that doesn't apply and come back to finish. About 10-15 minutes, not three months.
Upload your existing catalog. RetailGenie detects your old system (Square, Shopify, Lightspeed, QuickBooks, STORIS) and maps every column for you. Claude resolves whatever's left with a confidence score. Duplicate-checked and fully reversible.
A readiness checklist marks every setting Done, Skipped, or To-do in plain English (“no tax rate → invoices book $0 tax”), so your first sale is a decision, not a guess.
Set it up yourself for free. No required onboarding consultant.
The whole setup is yours to run, and the onboarding call is free. If you would rather we did the work, guided and done-for-you setup are available, quoted on the call once we have seen your data.
How it works
Our onboarding target: kickoff call to first NL invoice in under 48 hours. Here's how the onboarding actually plays out.
Plug in Helcim, Twilio, QuickBooks, Resend. We'll walk you through each OAuth + API key step on a 30-min onboarding call.
CSV upload, column mapping, validation. The first import takes about an hour with our help. Subsequent imports are self-serve.
Within day one, your floor team is closing sales by voice. Claude parses the prompt; the invoice posts; inventory reserves; delivery schedules.
$249/store/month · pilot rate, locked for life
You pay per store, not per seat, not per feature. A single-store shop gets the same product as a 20-store franchise; volume discounts kick in as you scale, because support time is the only cost that grows.
Legacy POS vendors stack features into Starter / Pro / Enterprise because their codebases grew that way over a decade, and gating each layer drives upsell. RetailGenie was built as one product. There's no "advanced" code that costs more to run for one store than another.
Three tiers also means you spend 20 minutes comparing checkmark columns instead of trying the product. Volume discounts honor the one real cost difference: customer-success time scales with the logo, not the store count.
Month-to-month during the pilot, no contract.
After the pilot, list pricing is $299 annual · $349 monthly.
Pilot stores keep $249 / month, locked for life. No exceptions.

What the pilot actually is
Straight answer: there are no pilot stores yet. You would be the first, and the price is what it is because of that, not in spite of it. The software is built and shipped, but it is not yet carrying anyone else's floor, and pretending otherwise would be the fastest way to lose you. What being first actually buys: a direct line to the founder, real influence over what gets built next, and your rate locked for life. If it does not work out it costs you nothing. Month to month, export everything, no exit fee.
The pilot promise
Helcim, Twilio, QuickBooks, Shopify, and Resend are bring-your-own, billed directly by those vendors at their standard rates. RetailGenie subscription covers the platform itself.
One platform, not a pile of tools
Most showrooms run a separate tool for each job: each its own login, its own monthly bill, none of them talking to the others. Check what you pay for today and watch it collapse into one platform.

Rough $/store/mo · edit to your bills
No competitor gotchas, just categories. Your card processor (Helcim), texting line (Twilio), and QuickBooks stay bring-your-own. They're yours by design, so they're not counted here.

across 5 tools · 5 logins, 5 bills
$2,988 / store / year. One platform. One login. One bill.
5 tools become one, and they finally share the same customer, order, and inventory records.
Every role gets exactly the tools and data they need. Nothing more, nothing less.
