RetailGenie texts.
RetailGenie sends transactional and customer-care text messages on behalf of the store you shop with. This page explains what those messages are, how you opt in, and how to stop them.
PeakGen Consulting LLC DBA RetailGenie. RetailGenie is a software product of PeakGen Consulting LLC, and PeakGen Consulting LLC is the party that sends these messages on the store's behalf.
You opt in with the store you are buying from, not on this website. When they take down your details, they show you what you would be agreeing to and ask whether you want text updates. The box starts unchecked, so nothing happens unless you say yes. RetailGenie does not collect phone numbers here.

What you agree to

What you'll receive
- Appointment confirmations and reminders.
- Order and delivery status updates, and delivery-window confirmations.
- Follow-up about a completed delivery, such as a request to rate it.
- Occasional offers and promotions from the store you bought from.
Always optional. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything, getting a delivery scheduled, creating an account, or completing any transaction. If you say no, everything else works exactly the same, and the store will reach you the way you prefer instead.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, and they come from your mobile carrier rather than from RetailGenie or the store.
Stopping them. Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. Reply HELP for help, or email support@retailgenie.io. Opting out is immediate and you do not have to give a reason.
